Can the luminaire be connected in such a way that a surface-mounted cable (from cable duct) is inserted into the lamp from below, for example, or is there only the possibility of connecting the lamp from behind (lamp plug)?

Hoi, I don't think so. The back wall is completely flat and has a feed hole in the middle. I have the same problem. I will mount the lamp with spacers so that I can feed the cable.
