I ordered 2 tubes, one had the starter attached (it is plugged into the tube), the other is missing, it must have fallen off (the box is open at the top and bottom). So the delivery was incomplete, will you send me the starter later? Or what should I do next?

I'm not Digitec, but just to clarify: these LED tubes don't need starters. What it needs is a bridge to bridge where the starter used to be.
