Hello I have a question may be silly but I do not understand there is the charger supplied + a T plug so you can plug 2 lamps on the adapter how to connect the 3rd?

There are T-connections after the transformer. There are also optional quick-connect extensions to increase the distance between the lamps. Power supply is via transformer
