Beper designed the Steak Hiera using high-quality materials, with a steel housing and temperature-resistant Bakelite construction. The steel handle remains cool to prevent burns.

You have the option to open the 180-degree plates to expand your grilling area. Enjoy stress-free cooking with height self-regulation and the ability to adjust the plates to the thickness of the food.

The red light indicates that the pan is on. The green light illuminates when the plates have reached the right cooking temperature. Temperature control is possible through a temperature regulator.

Once the plates have cooled down, you can clean them easily, and thanks to the grease tray, you can effortlessly clean up your grilling residue.
