The Matrix is the most colorful new addition to the world of semi-automatic espresso machines. Apart from its spectacular, colorful side panels, it is technically identical to the Bezzera Duo. It combines traditional brewing group technology with a state-of-the-art control system via a touch display, creating an ambiance in your space with the customizable colored side panels. Through the 3.5" touch display, you can adjust the boiler temperature, daily on/off cycle, pre-infusion time, water filter alarm, as well as the water supply (direct water or tank) and a priority switch for the individual boilers. Additionally, the lighting (RGB individually controllable and adjustable brightness) can also be managed from here. An automatic cleaning program is also integrated.

Extraction begins with the lever being pulled up and is interrupted by lowering it once the desired amount of coffee is reached in the cup. The proven E61 brewing group is heated by water from a separate boiler through a thermosyphon circulation system for extraction. The temperature for optimal brewing is controlled by a PID thermostat.
