Bialetti

Bialetti Exclusive celebrates the Italian coffee ritual with style and innovation. The Brikka Noir is the coffee maker that can produce espresso crema thanks to a new brewing system patented by Bialetti. The soft-touch handle ensures a secure grip.

How to prepare coffee:

1. Fill the kettle with water using the included measuring cup (2 cups: 120 ml - 4 cups: 180 ml), insert the funnel filter into the kettle, and fill it with ground coffee for Moka, without pressing down.

2. Screw the collector onto the kettle and close it tightly, without over-tightening the handle.

3. Place the coffee maker on the heat source. Use a medium cooking level.

4. Check immediately after the crema has fully formed in the collector, and remove the Brikka from the heat.

5. Pour the coffee into the cups and distribute the coffee and crema evenly.
