Thick-steel fluted tart mould with a straight edge and removable bottom for easy mould release. Square in shape, it is perfect for baking original tarts, tart bases, pies, or quiches. Excellent cooking results are achieved thanks to the iron, as the moulds reach high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise. It provides even heat diffusion and uniform cooking. The functional and practical non-stick mould features a PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier release, steel protection against oxidation, and easy cleaning. Grease the mould before use. Suitable for traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for microwave ovens. Do not use metal objects in the mould. Care instructions: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher-safe.
