Demeyere Atlantis Braising Pan with Lid 28 cm, 18/10 Stainless Steel. This elegant braising pan from Zwilling, with a large volume of 4.8 L, is ideal for the gentle preparation of braised dishes. The 7 layers of the Inductoseal base distribute heat evenly, while the stainless steel wall and lid prevent heat loss. When used with induction cooktops, it achieves up to 30% higher efficiency thanks to TriplInduc technology compared to other types of stoves. The rust-resistant 18/10 stainless steel is refined with Silvinox, preventing corrosion and discoloration.
