The second version of the Mignon is called Perfetto. At first glance it looks like the Silenzio. Except for the display on the ejector of the mill and the missing button for the timer function, it is immediately noticeable.

The button is no longer necessary as the Perfetto now has digital portioning electronics. Two quantities (portion sizes via time control) can now be set and called up via the display. But also the function to manually grind a lot by eye is still possible. Pressing both portion keys in parallel switches to the manual mode.

Since the Perfetto, just like its two sibling grinders, has been developed both for the grinding of espresso and filter coffee, there is also an optional collecting container available in addition to the classic sieve carrier support (fork), which is designed for the collection of larger portions of ground coffee.

At second glance, the slightly larger and redesigned grindstone selector switch is still noticeable. Behind the new EASY SETTING system there is a mechanism which, thanks to an ingenious transmission ratio, enables rapid switching between different grinding degrees for filter, espresso and Fresh Press.
