The forged aluminium body enables even heat distribution and storage without hot spots. The pan is ovenproof up to 280 °C (220 °C with Le Creuset glass lid) and suitable for all hob types, including induction. This makes it easy to switch between different cooking methods and offers even more cooking versatility. The hard-wearing coating also allows the use of metal kitchen utensils with care. The permanently attached, magnetic stainless steel base ensures induction compatibility. The stain-resistant Essential ceramic non-stick is particularly resistant to discolouration and scratches and therefore retains its beautiful appearance.
