Each Free glass pan includes an adapter necessary for air extraction with Magic Vac vacuum machines and a special lever to facilitate opening the lid.

Free is made of borosilicate glass, steel, and silicone, allowing it to go straight from the freezer to the oven.

Instructions for use:

• Place the desired food inside, ensuring that it does not exceed the rim of the glass container and that it does not touch the inside of the lid, especially in the central area of the valve.
• If you wish to store the food, position the valve so that it adheres to the surface of the lid (push the valve from the outside).
• If you wish to perform rapid marinating, lift the valve (push the valve from the inside of the lid).
• Place the adapter in the central hole and connect the suction tube to the adapter and the vacuum machine.
• Start the canister function or the marinating function according to the desired function (storage or marinating).
• To open the container, pinch the valve in the center of the lid to allow air to escape, then use the supplied lever to lift the lid from the glass container effortlessly.
