Hello, I have the Bissell Crosswave C3 select. I love it and wouldn't want to be without it. Currently I have the problem that when I want to mop, it spits the dirty water in front of the head of the vacuum cleaner, so I have brown streaks and puddles everywhere. What is the reason for this? I am so sad about this and would be so grateful if someone could help me

It is listed as cordless (when searching and the description is contradictory)... My guess is it comes with a cord. Please update the listing.
