Hello Franziska, good question ;-) The Bosch MCP 3500 has, quote: "individual pulp setting for high juice yield". Please don't ask me now if this feature justifies the price difference. The MCP 3500 simply has a second "grid/net" which retains more pulp. For me personally, just one more part to wash off ;-)
