Received the appliance today, works perfectly. Only the lid of the shredder cannot be opened (assembly error). Why don't @Galaxus just send me a replacement part instead of suggesting that I dispose of the new appliance "ecologically"?

Thank you for your feedback, please write it in the reviews instead of as a community question :) Unfortunately, spare parts are often only available for service centres and are not distributed to regular retailers.

The hand mixer was delivered today, but the French plug does not fit into the Swiss socket - annoying! Is an adapter deliberately not included when selling in Switzerland? Would be very desirable or at least the corresponding note should be attached...

A suitable Schuko adapter is normally supplied. This can be reported via our Galaxus Assistant so that the adapter can be sent at a later date.
