Hello, I almost only make café crème with this machine, which I have had for 4 years. The machine has the characteristic that there is no automatic stop when coffee is being made. In other words, coffee runs out as long as the machine is not switched off and there is water in the tank. This means you can easily make large quantities of coffee. I use the largest sieve for café crème. It is also helpful to run the machine without coffee first, so that the machine is warm. The coffee is then also warmer.
