Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

The connection plug. The CH model has a Swiss plug, the CE a Schuko plug, but an adapter is supplied. It's no problem at all and much cheaper!

Sorry, no idea.
Isn't steam always wet, by nature? And if it's dry, is it just hot air?

Yes, you can really clean almost anything with it, no matter whether it's a mattress or upholstery I think the device is great and would buy it again and again... we just ordered the carpet glider to go with it, otherwise everything you need is included
