This model here is the CLS (Classic). It comes with a simple instruction manual and a handle made of ABS and the wing nut on the attachment hook is also made of ABS. The more expensive model is the Design version, which also has a recipe book, an aluminium handle and an aluminium wing nut. The accessories are compatible with both devices.
