Is it possible to rebuild the plastic attachment as a spare part? Unfortunately the attachment broke and I can't find any spare parts at Falaxus.

It happened to me too. The plastic is not very stable, unfortunately. It happened to me right after I bought it and Galaxus sent me a completely new machine free of charge. If it is no longer under warranty - but the warranty period is long - a new machine will probably have to be ordered.
