We use this on our parquet. Just not at max. level. Works well and no damage so far.

Parkett floor and water is a bit of a caution area, you could depending on the parkett type damage it, for parkett is is usally not recommended to use anything with walter or steam. Damp cloth mopping should be fine though.

It's hard to say. There are tiles (stone/ceramic) in my house. The mop can clean all the stains pretty efficiently - hard core stains (sticky ones that have already dried - in that case you need to remove them manually or scrub them - depends.....sometimes you have to, sometimes not. For the price of 70.10 I can say with confidence that this is one really good mop :-) - very convenient and easy to use
