Hello Galaxus, I am reading all these feedbacks which seem pretty old so I just want to make sure the problem was fixed and nowadays you are sending kettles with Swiss plug, could you please confirm this so I can order the product? Unfortunately an adapter would not suit my needs because I have to plug the kettle on a Swiss three-pin socket with other two electronics attached.

The kettle is still shipped with an adapter. It is therefore still an EU appliance.

Why is it not advertised that this product has a german plug? It was sent with an adaptor that's so big that it covers all 3 plugs available in my kitchen. If I buy in Switzerland I expect products to have swiss plugs. Otherwise I would be ordering from Germany.

In some cases we also receive articles from Germany (supplier). Normally an adapter is attached from our side and this is noted in the specifications. If you have not received one, feel free to contact our customer support team :)

how exactly does wireless charging work?

There is nothing wireless about it. The jug is placed on a contact plate and switched on to boil. It then switches off automatically and the jug can be removed from the contact plate. The cable has the contact plate and is approx. 50 cm long.
