The bread keeps its shape
Together with a programmable oven, this part replaces a breadmaker. Simply put 400 g of smoked flour, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of dry yeast and 3.2 dl of water in the "bowl", stir briefly, place in the oven and programme the oven for the desired time. The dough should rise (in the still cold oven) for about 8-10 h and then bake for 35 min.
I would have given the last star if the "bowl" was easier to clean and if it hadn't started losing little pieces after three years. Still a great product and we have now bought a new one after three years.
Pro
A practical bread mould, but the capacity is designed for a preparation based on less than 300 g of flour. When tested with a bread dough preparation on 500 g of flour, I obtained a bread in the shape of a small boat :-).
The mould is too soft and too small to knead the dough directly into it as suggested.
