The work surface is made of tempered glass and offers ample space of 62 x 35 cm to keep food warm in GN containers, on platters, or plates for an extended period. The heating element with 240 W quickly brings the food warmer to the desired temperature, which can be set in a range of 60 - 105 °C. The built-in thermostat reliably maintains the desired temperature. The entire surface of the plate is evenly heated, keeping all food at the desired temperature even over a longer period.

The housing is made of easy-care stainless steel. The compact design, lightweight, and practical handles on the sides of the warming plate allow for easy transport, making the warming plate suitable for off-site catering or buffets in different rooms with ease. The four non-slip rubber feet ensure stability even during heavy use.
