Preparing poached eggs in the egg mould is quick and easy.
In contrast to the classic preparation of poached eggs, the boiling water in the container does not need to be stirred to create a whirlpool.
The egg is simply tapped into the container and left to simmer over a low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. The solid egg white remains on the outside and the runny yolk inside the poached egg, which retains the compact shape in the shell required for serving.
You can easily and safely remove the hot poached egg from the hot water, drain it, add it directly to the cream, remove it from the cream and place it on a plate.
