The Wüsthof meat fork from the Classic series has three functions: it is used for turning and lifting roasts, it securely holds the roast in place while carving, and the prongs allow for easy checking of doneness. The blades/prongs of the Wüsthof Classic series are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chromium molybdenum vanadium) and, thanks to the special Wüsthof technique PEtec, they remain extremely sharp for a long time. They are characterized by high durability and a long service life. The black handle scales made of special plastic are firmly riveted, seamlessly mounted, and therefore exceptionally hygienic.
