Original Zassenhaus grinding mechanism made of robust special steel, suitable for all types of grains such as barley, oats, millet, corn, rice, rye, and wheat. With a simple turn of the knurled screw, the infinitely adjustable grind setting is fixed for consistent grinding results. Also suitable for smaller quantities of oilseeds like flaxseed, sunflower seeds, sesame, etc., or spices. Made of natural beech wood, 25-year warranty on the grinding mechanism. Dimensions: 23 x 16.5 x 13 cm.
