Caso's 1221 film roll can be used with Caso's bar vacuum cleaners and certain other brands of equipment. The transparent film is boil-proof and suitable for microwaves. It can also be used to cook Sous-Vide, i.e. "under vacuum". This preserves the natural taste of the food. The material of Caso Profi films is BPA-free and very strong & tear-resistant (material thickness approx. 160 µm). This prevents the penetration of pointed objects such as bones or bones.
