Can you see if the battery is charging on this model? Do the lines on the batteries light up? I have a new one and have plugged it in since yesterday, but unfortunately it doesn't run and always shows that the battery is empty.
Hello, yes, on my model it has three dashes that show 1-3 dashes illuminated depending on the charge time.
