The Kenwood Chef has a low-speed connection, so yes. If it is an older appliance, the adapter KAT001ME for low-speed connection may be required (new is a hexagon, before a slot).

I can't answer that very well. The spiral slicer didn't work at all. I threw it away in anger. That's why I would say no. I now have a hand-operated spiral slicer from Betty Bossi.
