For Galaxus/Digitec: Frankly, since Digitec, it hasn't been great. With Galaxus, there was no problem when you wanted quick information, the chat was in good working order and the staff were friendly. Now, and I've tried this several times, your chat is out of order. If customers aren't your primary interest, say so. If you have a specific question that isn't in the FAQ section, you're directing us to the "Community", whether we like it or not. For the information I need, I only have information that dates back 6 years and your description is rather nebulous, especially for a mail order site. As far as I'm concerned, I need to know the exact contents of the parcel as regards the plates delivered because, as I want to order others, I don't want to be obliged to send them back to you if I have a duplicate. As the community information dates back 6 years, I would like it to be confirmed: 1 plate for large waffles and another for triangular sandwiches? Plus CH power cord?
