Good day We have several floors, does the APP/software have the possibility to tell him that he is on a different floor than the ward? So to say hello you are now on floor 2 please clean up briefly and then wait here again when you are finished? Many thanks in advance

Yes, that is possible. In the app, there is a section called Map management for multiple floor areas.
There you can tick the box for Multi-floor.
After mapping, the robot automatically recognises which floor it is on.
