Good morning I have bought a DREAME H12 model vacuum cleaner.
To date it has the problem that it gives the dirty water tank always full despite being empty.
Is there a procedure to reset or to fix the problem.
With this indication the vacuum cleaner does not work.

I just saw your message today. 
I don't know your problem, but what Haswell is telling you seems to be working. 
I admit that I clean the filter along with all the other components after every use. Maybe that's a lot, but it's my way of playing it safe.

I had a similar problem. To solve it, I completely cleaned the filter and the dirty water tank several times. This solved the problem
