I bought the hot forged frying pan 24cm (according to the description of the bottom diameter) in reality (to measure) the top diameter is 24cm and the bottom is 17cm.

Here, the specifications are most likely not correct. Frying pan diameters are usually measured from the top (so that the lid fits). Since the weight was given, you can check on Turk's website which pan this actually is --> bottom diameter 20 cm. It's a pity that the quality of the information on Galaxus has declined so much.
