Hello I received the product yesterday and tried it out straight away. Unfortunately, I can't get the device on. The socket is in and everything, but it won't turn on. Do I need to take anything else into account? Thanks for your help

Did it worked for you? I received the product today but it doesn't work for me too and the customer care is closed on Saturday.
