Hello, is the Bianca V3 supplied by Digitec Galaxus calibrated? In other words, does the temperature entered on the PID control correspond to the actual brewing temperature? The question may go back further to whether Digitec Galaxus buys the machines already "calibrated" :). Thank you very much.

Hi Anonymous, I assume that the temperature on the PID is correct, although I haven't checked that. Whether Galaxus has calibrated it, I don't think so. I assume that the Lelit company has already set and calibrated it. I tested various settings until I got the flavour I wanted, which is very understandable for me. Many factors are important and not just the temperature. In any case, I am very satisfied and enjoy my daily espresso or cappuccino. This is the time when coffee tastes best only with me and nowhere else.

Concerning the temperature entered on the PID control, 
I have not confirmed that it corresponds to the actual brewing temperature.
Are you referring to the temperature of the head or the water?
