Hello My w10 no longer drains the dirty water into the tank. Do you have a solution? Thank you
I took it apart, put it back together and now it works perfectly.
We had that too, plus the water ran onto the floor. It was replaced under warranty.
It could be the suction pump that is defective.
Hello, you might want to descale the control unit.
I have the same problem, it was a disconnected pipe.
