Question about Vileda Ultramat Turbo
Hello, Have you had any problems with the mop handle? Personally, I'm very disappointed, it has completely separated from the mop holder (the joint of the screw part attached to the handle has broken). The telescopic handle system isn't up to scratch either, as it has to be tightened all the time. I can't find an order on my account, so I can't use the after-sales service. P.S. I have an old Videla telescopic mop that dates back several decades and I've never had any problems. The quality is certainly not up to rz-vs !!!

Hello, that's annoying. Then you may have got a defective one. I've been using this wiper for years. I have replaced it once because it no longer looked nice. So, 2 sets in 10 years. But I haven't had any problems.
I had problems with the rotating mechanism in the rotor after using this Ultramat Turbo for just a short time. The gears were already defective after just over two months. The product is cheap and not worth buying.
The defect in your handle also shows that this is not a quality product.
I don't have that problem, but I am a craftsman and have tightened the connections really firmly. If necessary, use a suitable pair of pliers if the force is weak.
