To heat the milk in a manual milk frother such as the one from Bialetti, fill the container up to a third full with milk and place it on a suitable heat source, such as a gas flame or an electric hob. Make sure that the flame does not protrude over the edge or that the heat is set to medium. The milk should not boil, but only become warm, around 65 to 70 degrees Celsius.
