Yes The blades can be removed and screwed onto the cup

Two rubber seals are supplied with the product. Where exactly do they fit? On the cup when it is to be taken along or on the blade housing? Unfortunately it is not clear from the instructions. Is there a video where you can see exactly where and how to put them on? Thank you

No, it does not leak. It can be screwed shut.
