Thank you for your question. Of course, this depends on the carpet, but in principle our Roomba vacuum robots are also able to clean carpets. The automatically adjustable cleaning head automatically adjusts in height to effectively clean both carpets and hard floors. As with manual cleaning, small and very light carpets can shift quickly and so it happens that Roomba simply pushes them to the side or against a wall. In this case it is worthwhile, for example, to remove the small foot dryer briefly before the shower. With larger short pile carpets, however, no problems should arise.
With our Roomba models of the i and s series, you can also mark areas that should not be cleaned in the cleaning map of the app as blocked areas, for example, for desired carpets that generally require special cleaning. By the way, the vacuum robots of the s series are able to recognise carpets and switch on the Power Boost for even better carpet cleaning.
