How well does it glide over carpets, including high-floor carpets, bought an electrolux the other day, despite the switchover brush it didn't work, so I sold it again and now want something sensible.
It glides rather poorly on high-pile carpets. On other carpets, the suction power must be reduced so that it glides to some extent.
