It's the tank that cleans the mops... did you put cleaning product in the tank? If so, it creates foam and the system thinks the tank is full. You need to clean the tank and rinse it and put little or no cleaning product in the clear water tank.

Perhaps a sensor is defective. If nothing works, you should return it. Warranty case
