I am having problems with the app. "This app version cannot be used in the current region." Can anyone help me with this? I have uninstalled the app several times and tried it on several iOS devices. Without success... During installation, the app crashes every time I select a region. By the way, my station came with a Euro mains plug. It needs an adapter.

I have exactly the same problem and wrote to Ecovacs last night. But so far I have not received an answer.

My robot also came with an EU plug. After complaining, I received an adapter from Galaxus free of charge.
