I am looking for a kettle with adjustable temperature that makes the right temperature required. I bought a kitchencook but the temperature kept rising by 8 to 10 degrees. This one stops heating in time to reach the right temperature?

I had never looked at it and I just tested it: indeed, this kettle stops heating before the desired temperature and then heats up gently if necessary to reach it. However, you can only set the temperature you want in 5 degree increments (you can't set it to 83° for example)
