The non-stick coating of the cooking cabinet/container is a conventional non-stick coating that may contain PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), but it is PFOA-free. The coating is food-safe and complies with the applicable regulations for food contact materials. The appliance has a non-stick coating called StarPlate, which is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. A special note: All parts that come into contact with food do not contain BPA.
