I can't answer that because I don't have a direct comparison. For us, the suction power is by far sufficient. I also need the low levels with the upholstery brush. We have parquet and low-pile carpets and upholstery. Even with 2 cats in the house, we are satisfied with this appliance.

I don't know the 890 watt model, but I can confirm that the suction power is excellent and the motor is very quiet. I am more than satisfied.

Yes, definitely. I have the Miele Complete C3 Allergy Powerline at home. I think it's great! I also bought the C3 Silence Ecoline so that I can vacuum at night in an emergency. But I am disappointed with the performance. I don't use it any more. What's more, it has an EU plug. With the Swiss accessory, the plug no longer fits into the "hole" when the cable is pulled in.
What a pity. It's a bit quieter but too weak for me. I don't find the vacuum cleaner with the more powerful engine that loud.

I returned it, it was too heavy for me.
