There is a metal surface on top. Does it get warm? Can it be used as a cup warmer? Thank you very much for your answer.

Helpful answer

The machine is set by default so that it switches off automatically approx. 15 minutes after the last brew. This means that the surface hardly gets warm enough to be used as a cup warmer; it is only suitable for storage.
