Unfortunately, the steam hose is also missing on mine, which I don't think is OK. The same goes for the adapter. However, I have often read here that the adapter was missing. I asked for an adapter directly in the shop. I was also told in the shop that there had to be one, but they gave me one anyway because I mentioned the comments.
