What exactly is the difference between this (Miele Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog PowerLine) and the Miele Blizzard CX1 Parquet PowerLine? Is it only the brush or does the "Cat & Dog" also have mer power, or a stronger suction power with the 100 km/7 suction power?

Absolutely! The suction power is really top and unbeatable. There is no comparable product for removing pet hair and fine house dust.

The difference lies in the accessories. The Cat&dog also comes with the turbo brush.
