I think the more expensive model is the Germany version of the device. Here is my little detective work on it:
The more expensive one has model number SCG820BSS4EEU1. The cheaper one is SCG820BSS4QEU1. So there is a small difference.
If you then search for these two numbers on the Internet, you will find suppliers in Germany for the more expensive one and suppliers in Switzerland for the cheaper one.
This is perhaps somewhat thin evidence....

The differences seem to me to be based only on different inputs, both machines certainly have plastic on them too, not just metal, for example.

Conclusion: I would buy the cheaper one, Galaxus has it in stock, it is (presumably) the Swiss model and otherwise exactly the same mill.

A great part, by the way. I've been grinding with it for two years.
