Unfortunately, the original cleaning fluid is not available at Galaxus and, it seems, not in the whole of Switzerland. Since the instruction manual advises against the use of other cleaning agents (loss of warranty), my appliance, which actually works great, only runs with water - and so it doesn't really make sense!!!

I simply use commercially available cleaning solution (General) and have no problems at all. Dosage: 1/2 cap on the water container.
